Lawson Recognized With 17 Awards of Excellence at Annual Coastal Multifamily Housing Council Award Ceremony

Lawson is proud to announce that our dedicated team members and exceptional properties received 17 awards at the 39th Annual Coastal Multifamily Housing Council Awards of Excellence ceremony. Lawson properties earned top honors in multiple categories, showcasing our commitment to excellence in the real estate industry.

This year’s event, themed “Back to the 80’s Prom Night” added a nostalgic and festive atmosphere. Our team members embraced the theme, adding an extra layer of fun and camaraderie to the celebration.

“We greatly appreciate this recognition of our hard-working team members,” said Lawson Realty Company President, Susan Satira. “It’s a testament to our team’s dedication to exceeding the expectations of our residents and investors.”

Among the individual accolades, Wendy Williams was honored as Property Manager of the Year, and Amy Gutterman received the Leasing Consultant of the Year award.

  • Active Adult Communities Built in 1995 or Before: John Knox Towers (Gold)
  • Communities Built Between 1990-1999: Campostella Commons (Gold)
  • Communities Built Between 2000-2009: Belle Hall (Gold)
  • Communities Built Between 2010-2015: Baker Woods (Gold) and The Residences at October (Silver)
  • Communities Built Between 2016-2019: Seaside Harbor (Gold), Summer Haven (Silver), and The Villas at October (Bronze)
  • Communities Built 2020 or Later: The Retreat at Harbor Pointe (Bronze)
