Alana Slaughter serves as Director of Corporate Partnerships at VOLUNTEER Hampton Roads, where she works closely with businesses to strengthen their community engagement and connect them with meaningful volunteer opportunities across the region.
Since joining VOLUNTEER Hampton Roads in 2022, Alana has managed corporate relationships and programs, helping companies elevate their community engagement strategies, gain recognition for their efforts, and actively connect with the community through VOLUNTEER Hampton Roads initiatives. She plays a key role in building partnerships that support local nonprofits and expand the impact of volunteerism throughout Hampton Roads.
Alana’s favorite part of her work is connecting companies with opportunities that make a real difference for local nonprofits and the people they serve.
Outside of work, Alana enjoys staying active by walking or riding bikes along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk with her family and playing indoor soccer at the Virginia Beach Field House.
