Donna L. Norman serves as the Senior Small Business Advisor for the Hampton Roads Small Business Development Center. In this role, Donna provides technical assistance and advising in the areas of marketing, sales, management and operations, access to capital and human resources, to small businesses in Hampton Roads. Donna has a 25+ year career in Retail Business Operations, Human Resources, and Leadership Coaching.
Donna’s professional achievements include being SHRM-SCP Certified, Certified Executive Coach, International Trade Assistance Certification, author, and small business owner. Her experience comes from working for multiple Fortune 100 companies, higher education, and small business.
On a personal note, Donna moved to Hampton Roads from Boston and is a northerner, tried and true, who really appreciates the climate in Hampton Roads. She loves the short winters and limited snow.
