Ellie Hayes serves as a Member Development Representative for the Hampton Roads Chamber where she is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with member businesses across the region.
In this role, Ellie works closely with members to understand their goals and challenges and connect them with the Chamber’s programs, events, and resources. Her work focuses on driving member engagement, retention, and growth by creating meaningful connections, identifying opportunities for visibility and involvement, and ensuring each organization receives clear value from its Chamber membership.
Through strategic outreach, events, and one-on-one interactions, Ellie helps strengthen the Chamber’s network while making a positive impact on the Hampton Roads business community.
What Ellie finds most rewarding about her role is connecting businesses with the people and opportunities that drive real growth across the region.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys exploring local businesses, attending community events, and discovering the many unique places that make Hampton Roads such a special region.
