Justin A. Saunders serves as Vice President of Membership & Strategic Growth for the Hampton Roads Chamber, where he leads the organization’s membership and growth strategy.
In this role, Justin focuses on new member development, strengthening engagement across the Chamber’s network, and ensuring long-term member retention as the organization continues to expand its impact across the region.
Justin also oversees five Chamber divisions and supports a wide range of committees, events, and ribbon cuttings that help connect businesses and celebrate milestones throughout the Hampton Roads business community. Through this work, he plays a key role in building relationships, creating opportunities for collaboration, and ensuring members remain actively engaged with the Chamber.
What Justin finds most rewarding about his role is supporting the needs of others and celebrating their success. By helping businesses grow and thrive, he contributes to the continued strength and vitality of the Hampton Roads region.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys meeting new people and learning something new about the region that will strengthen his support.
