Lianna Arbitter serves as the Programs and Development Manager as well as the LEAD757 Coordinator. In this role, she is focused on coordinating programs and events that bring the business community together to ignite collaboration in the region. She also helps to coordinate the LEAD757 Program, a unique program that gives business leaders an opportunity to see the framework of the 757. Lianna has been with the Chamber for four years. She started her journey as a Communications and Marketing Intern and then as a Programs Coordinator before moving into her current position.
Lianna considers collaboration to be one of the many aspects of business success and believes that such success starts with exemplifying that on the platform she has been given. With a passion for helping others, she is certain that positivity and adaptability are key components in her position. Lianna is always looking for ways to use her people skills to build connections with everyone she meets.
On a personal note, Lianna loves all things Hampton Roads. She enjoys beach days at the Oceanfront, listening to live music, fresh seafood from Chicks Oyster Bar, and playing shuffleboard at Beach Side Social. She also likes to catch a movie at Café Cinema, playing arcade games at Circuit Social, and partaking in sunset kayaking tours down Lake Whitehurst.
