VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (March 27, 2025) –– Jean Matacunas, owner and CEO of Qantm Creative, was named one of the 2025 CoVaBiz 150 Most Influential People and honored at an event last week at the Founder’s Inn in Virginia Beach.

The CoVaBiz editorial board selected the honorees over a months-long process. The board considered individuals who led companies and organizations whose contributions to the Hampton Roads region have been transformational.

In 2023, under Matacunas’ leadership, Five Hill Capital, the parent company of WB Marketing (formerly known as Peninsula-based Waters Advertising), acquired Virginia Beach-based Meridian Group. This created the largest full-service, integrated marketing, advertising and communications agency in Southeastern Virginia.

The combined companies rebranded as Qantm Creative in July 2024, with Matacunas leading the charge as owner and CEO.
