Cybersecurity skills gaps and Apprenticeship Survey

Hampton Roads employers — we need your input!

Old Dominion University (ODU) and ECPI University, in collaboration with the Hampton Roads Workforce Council Apprenticeship Hub, are conducting a regional survey to assess cybersecurity skills gaps and apprenticeship opportunities across Hampton Roads.

We’re asking employers to take a few minutes to share insights on:

• The cybersecurity skills most in demand
• How apprenticeships are currently being utilized
• Where talent gaps exist

Your feedback will help us better understand how organizations are building their cybersecurity workforce and how apprenticeship pathways can support the region’s growing needs.
