We held our Human Resources for Business Leaders Series session with presenters, Kristina Vaquera, Milena Radovic and Olivia Cohen from Jackson Lewis PC.

Attendees learned about the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2022 rulings on Employment Law and how other recent developments impact the workplace. Discussion topics included the legal status of medical marijuana and CBD, drug testing issues, proposal of a new joint-employer standard, recent decisions impacting arbitration in the workplace, regulatory and agency issues update, prayer in school, and upcoming Supreme Court cases that may impact employers.
