Specifically in the state of Virginia, Rula works with more than 300 licensed providers, with 300 appointments available each week. Providers in Virginia specialize in over 89 conditions, including support for ADHD, Trauma/PTSD, Substance Use, Eating Disorders, Gender Identity, Racial Identity, Postpartum/Pregnancy, LGBTQIA+, Bipolar Disorder, Child Abuse or Neglect, Chronic Pain, OCD, Mood Disorder, and many more. 

Rula Health accepts most of the major insurance networks, including Aetna/CVS, Anthem/Elevance, Cigna/Evernorth, Kaiser, United Healthcare/Optum, and many Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, covering over 100 million lives. Rula patients typically pay $15 per session, although each individual’s cost may vary based on insurance benefits and deductibles. Rula works with the patient’s insurance to confirm the estimated per session cost before the first appointment.

Getting started is easy – Rula will use patient preferences and insurance details to find providers who fit their needs. From there, they can browse profiles of licensed, in-network providers who match their preference, choose their preferred time and meet with their provider in as little as 48 hours. They can connect with their provider over live video from wherever they feel comfortable.
