In his new role, Jim will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and organizational development.

Jim joined The Breeden Company in 2021 and has been instrumental in driving Human Resources initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals. His dedication to fostering a positive workplace culture and his expertise in human resources have made him an asset to the team.

Jim holds a SHRM-CP certification and has over 15 years of experience in the field of human resources. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kennedy Western University.
