HAMPTON ROADS, VA – YWCA South Hampton Roads (YWCA SHR) is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Women of Distinction Awards. Nomination information is available at www.ywca-shr.org and must be submitted by Monday, December 23, 2024, at 5 p.m.

The Women of Distinction Awards honor women from all backgrounds whose professional achievements or philanthropic contributions embody the limitless potential of every woman. Nominees must live or work in South Hampton Roads, Franklin, or Southampton County at the time of nomination and demonstrate outstanding professionalism and leadership.

The rejuvenated 2025 Women of Distinction Awards will be held on March 20, 2025, at the stunning Rivers Casino Portsmouth. The elegant celebration will honor the exceptional women whose contributions create a meaningful and lasting impact on the community.
