tHRive Young Professionals
tHRive is a program of the Hampton Roads Chamber that cultivates regional awareness and community development by providing a platform to empower young professionals, give them a voice, and invest in the future of our region. tHRive has numerous events throughout the year spread across the region. These events promote an attractive and dynamic community by engaging in the development of the region, and focus on areas such as professional development, cultivating relationships, and community engagement.
Professional Development
tHRive fosters growth and drives positive change by offering a wide variety of opportunities for development. From lunch events with community leaders—designed to share valuable insights and lessons learned—to partnerships with regional organizations that provide fresh and engaging learning experiences, tHRive opens doors for its members to continually grow.
Cultivating Relationships
tHRive is the center of collaboration where professionals are able to network and connect. The program prides itself in connecting local professionals across the region to engage in ways that were not previously available. This is a forum where young professionals from all facets of the community are able to build relationships that will not only foster the development of each individual member, but also the organization as a whole.
Community Engagement
Through volunteering and fundraising efforts for our annual Organization of the Year, or the publication of tHrive’s biannual Regional Report as a public-facing representation of young professionals’ opinions about relevant issues in our region, we are committed to making our organization a value-add to the region.

BECOME A MEMBER
tHRive membership is free to young professionals ages 21-39. Joining is as simple as filling out the form to the right to join our mailing list. After that it’s up to you to make the most of tHRive membership by coming out to any number of events and connecting with young professionals and business leaders throughout the region.
