Diane Raihle serves as Senior Manager of Member Development at the Hampton Roads Chamber, where she leads efforts to engage, support, and connect the Chamber’s diverse membership. With more than 17 years of experience in this role, Diane has built a deep understanding of the Chamber’s mission and the unique needs of businesses across the region.
In this role, Diane focuses on helping members maximize the value of their Chamber investment, guiding businesses on how to leverage membership to build meaningful relationships, increase visibility, and access opportunities that support long-term growth. At her core, Diane is a connector, passionate about fostering relationships that strengthen individual businesses and the regional business community as a whole.
What Diane finds most rewarding about her role is meeting people and educating them on the real value of Chamber membership. She takes pride in helping businesses understand how to fully engage with the Chamber, connecting them to the right resources, relationships, and opportunities that support growth and long-term success.
Outside of work, Diane considers herself a homebody but far from boring. She is currently channeling her creativity into exciting personal projects, including the development of her new invention, the “cell phone hat,” and a screenplay she hopes to take to Hollywood. Always imaginative and forward-thinking, Diane enjoys turning ideas into possibilities, both professionally and personally.
