Kenlee Salter serves as Accounting Assistant. In this role, she reconciles invoices, maintains digital and financial records, and enters financial transactions into internal databases. Kenlee is also responsible for making sure all deposits and credit cards are reconciled and deposited.
Kenlee believes in having empathy for others no matter the situation or job. By being empathetic, Kenlee believes that you can build meaningful relationships and friendships. Kenlee also believes that attention to detail is very important in all aspects of life.
Prior to her time at the Chamber, Kenlee verified Medicaid and Food Stamp benefits. In that position, her attention to detail allowed her to make sure benefit information was correct to ensure proper benefit allocation.
On a personal note, Kenlee is a North Carolina native who has recently relocated to the area with her husband who is in the Navy. She loves to visit the beach and enjoys finding new places in Hampton Roads to explore with her husband and dogs.
