Melissa Rose serves as Manager of Programs & Development and Manager of LEAD757 for the Hampton Roads Chamber where she is responsible for planning and executing impactful programs that connect business leaders, strengthen the regional economy, and support leadership development.
In this role, Melissa oversees signature initiatives and sponsorship-driven programming designed to deliver meaningful value to Chamber members and strategic partners.
As Manager of LEAD757, she supports the region’s premier leadership development program by creating experiences that foster meaningful relationships and deepen participants’ connection to the Hampton Roads community.
What Melissa finds most rewarding about her role is seeing meaningful connections form at the events she plans and watching those relationships grow into a vibrant, collaborative regional business community.
Outside of work, Melissa loves getting outside for a walk at Pleasure House Point Natural Area or relaxing with a cappuccino in a comfy chair at Colattao Coffee House.
