On a personal note, Diane was born in New York, raised in California, and found her way back to the East Coast in 2001. She also has her Bachelor of Hamburgerology through McDonalds, which has instilled the invaluable skills for customer service throughout her career. Outside of work, Diane enjoys the beach and spending time with family and friends. You may see her participating at craft shows with her holiday reindeer she makes out of corks. Keeping up with her passion for creative writing, her first comedy book is being published titled, “The Fountain of Youth”.
