Breeden Construction is pleased to announce the successful completion of Aspire at Church Street, an affordable multi-family project in Norfolk, Virginia. This new construction venture, undertaken for The Richman Group, features one building with 85 affordable apartment homes. Breeden Construction served as the general contractor for the development.

The $18.2 million project began in January 2023. The 2.21-acre mid-rise development includes four stories of wood-framed apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms. The building’s facade showcases a combination of brick veneer and cementitious fiber siding. Some apartments are equipped with balconies, which are adorned with aluminum railings, providing residents with extended outdoor spaces.
