The Conference on R.E.S.T. will begin with the Legacy Awards Breakfast, recognizing leaders in Hampton Roads who work tirelessly to build equity and justice every day. We are proud to announce the 2025 Community Legacy Awards Honorees.
Delceno Miles, President and CEO of The Miles Agency, will receive the Laura Etta Davis Titus Transformational Community Leader Award for her outstanding leadership and service.
Vivian Oden, Vice President for Equity and Inclusion at the Hampton Roads Community Foundation, will be honored with the Changemaker Award for her work advancing equity in our region.

Virginia Organizing will be presented with the Corporate/Nonprofit Award for their impactful grassroots efforts and dedication to social justice.
This year’s $1,000 Racial Justice Scholarship will be awarded to York-Page Seaton, a rising senior at Norview High School in Norfolk.
The 2025 theme, “What About the Women?”, highlights the critical role women play in advancing justice and equity, while confronting the unique challenges they face.
