Freddie Fletcher Joins TFJG as Senior Development Manager

Bringing Expertise and Local Connections to Propel Growth

Virginia Beach, Va. – The Franklin Johnston Group (“TFJG”) is very pleased to announce that Freddie Fletcher has joined the firm as its Senior Development Manager. In this capacity, he will work closely with the company’s design and construction team and be integrally involved in all phases of the development process.

Freddie comes to TFJG with significant experience leading the entitlement process, managing due diligence, and directing the civil engineering and architectural design teams during the pre-construction and development phases. Before joining TFJG, Freddie worked in a similar capacity to spearhead various aspects of the multifamily development process at The Lawson Companies in Norfolk, VA. Prior to that time, he served as a Senior Analyst for the management consulting and strategic advisory firm Treacy & Company in Boston, MA, and later as an Associate at CBRE in Norfolk, VA, where he was largely responsible for property and portfolio valuations, due diligence, and underwriting.

Freddie grew up in Virginia Beach and has deep ties to the Hampton Roads area. He graduated from Norfolk Academy in 2010 with distinction and went on to earn a B.A. in Economics Modified with Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College in 2014. Freddie, his wife Mary, and their son Ellis live in Virginia Beach.
