Virginia Beach, VA – The Breeden Company announced today the retirement of Debbie Gordon, regional director within the Multifamily Property Management Division. Debbie has been an integral part of The Breeden Company for 28 years, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success.

Debbie joined The Breeden Company in 1997 and quickly became a key player in the Property Management Division. Her leadership, dedication and expertise have been instrumental in managing and expanding the company’s portfolio of properties. Under her guidance, The Breeden Company has achieved numerous milestones, including the successful lease-up stabilization of several of Breeden’s Class A signature assets including Cambria at Cornerstone in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
